FITTINGS DURING COVID-19

Things to note:
1) Fitting slots are strictly 15 minutes to ensure we can clean the room and clothes and so everyone gets a chance to use the service.
2) Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your slot and call us to let us know you have arrived. Number to call is 07925 47 6600.
3) You will be escorted from the entrance to the room for the fitting by a member of staff. You will be asked to sanitize your hands upon entering the building.
4) Please always maintain a safe 1 metre distance . Where possible – please wear a face mask.
4) We will have different garments in different sizes for you to try on. Some items can not be tried on, e.g. socks, caps, hats or hairbands.
5) Once your fitting has concluded, you can place your order with us immediately. If we have the stock there and then – you can take it away with you. If not, it will be delivered at a later date to your chosen location.
6) We will require a non-refundable deposit of £2 to book your fitting, which will then be deducted from your final purchase. This is to minimise the number of no-shows. You can pay here.
6) If you are unable to make your fitting on the day, we will need at least 12 hours prior notice to reschedule your appointment.

HOW TO FIND THE FREE CAR PARK

You will see the turning for Thames Industrial Park clearly sign posted off Princess Margaret Road (opposite Stanford House). Do not enter the turning for the new build houses – Bata Mews, as there is no parking facility for our customers there.
Once you have entered the Industrial Park, you continue straight ahead and take the first left. Follow this road straight ahead until you come to the end of it. You will see a car park, including a gravel car park on your left – you can park here for free.
